i really want to buy a Xbox 360 however there are a few things that confuse me .is it reallt better to have a preuim console? and how much would it cost to py for the 'live' feautre for one year . Can i talk to people without paying for live ? wjhat are the bare essentials i need to just play ? how hard is it to set up with the whole wireless internet thing? is it true they break after a year?

I know that on the wii you can put in GameCube memory cards. What are on the memory cards? Can you actually download GameCube games onto the memory card, and use them in the Wii without putting in the GameCube game? And if yes, do you need a GameCube to do that.
