where do i put my psp downgrade (in what folder?)?

like when i connect the psp to the computer and i click psp what folder do i place it in

Also, if you did try and downgrade, you would have bricked it. There is NO way to downgrade from v3.10 or v3.11.

From your previous question, you said you have 3.10 PSP.

There is no way to downgrade your PSP from 3.10. So, it does not matter what folder you put the downgrader in.
