alrite jay what u need is winrar and i suggest u do not upgrade ur firmware and look up PSP Homebrew and ul be amazed my frind thats wat im waiting on to get my firmware hacked but i would igv eu hte link to the crsytal version but i dont have it just google winrar and download it rar is a crchive type of file

First of all .rar is compressed/archived file format. You need programs like Winrar or 7-Zip in order to extract the files.
Then, in order to run the game, your PSP needs to be homebrew enabled. This means your PSP has to be in firmware 1.50 or in custom firmware like 3.03 OE-c or 3.10 OE-a. In any case, you need to downgrade your PSP to version 1.50 first.
However, currently there is no way to downgrade version 3.11 PSP to 1.50.

To play downloaded psp games, you must have v1.5 or custom 3.03. So you are out of luck sorry.
