the ps3 looks like it .reason being because it has quite an advanced technology in that system.but it is off to a really slow start but lest we forget the ps2 had a slow start too and look ai it now.but let's not underestimate the 360.it is a great machine but i heard rumours that microsoft might come out with a more advanced 360 with a built in hd dvd drive and maybe a larger hard drive.if this is so then microsoft will be looking at millions of angry cyustomers who will feel cheated out of getting the ultimate console.so with these rumours in question, invest in a ps3.it has barely scratched the surface and i think 2007 is the year that we will see the true potential of the ps3.good luck.

It depends on how Blue-ray performs. IF Blue-ray days out as a video media technology then the blue-ray discs will be more expensive to manufacture for the PS3 games this cut into developers profit margin and drive developers to the wii and 360.

However if Blue-ray stays around their will be a hire volume of blue-ray media getting produced this will make the media cheaper.

Other this issue it seems the PS3 is set be the best system for the future.
