if you wanna be active, get the wii. if you wanna be some lazy couch potato, get the PS3.

I would have to say a Wii, even though the ps3 has waayy good grapics, it doesn't have a lot of good games, truth be told neither does the Wii, but in all honesty the Wii would probably be the better choice unless your a huge fan of God Of War or Final Fantasy, because those are going to be the ps3's big killer apps, and Guitar Hero is already coming out for 360, plus the Wii has motion sensitivity(the ps3 does too but not as much fun) you will see a lot of opinion here but i dont plan on getting either the Wii or ps3, i am addicted to halo and thats it, haha, but if you love shooting games, then get the ps3, because all i've heard about shooting games for the Wii are bad things, so unless you are a fan of Playstation platformers, or gun games i would get the Wii.... and if your not totally strapped for money get a ps3, also the ps3 can actually be found in stores, you wont see the Wii in stores regularly till about April when the supply catches up tih the demand, haha......

It depends on what kind of person you are. If you like action games where you get up and move around and wanna stay on low money side Wii is totally for you. If you like playing games where you can sit still but still have action plus have something really special a Ps3 for you. Tip-Ps3's are a lot on ebay

Totally get the wii. The Xbox and ps3 are the same. But the wii is somthing totally different. I have one, and I love it!

i would pick the ps3 because it is a better system all around. the wii gets boring after a while. the ps3 is able to update so and the wii isnt. the ps3 is also making a thing called hom which is sort of like mii but 20 times better so i woul get the ps3

As big a fan as i am of Sony, id go with the Wii...the price is much lower and it is fun to play and has alot of good games. You can even download old Nintendo games directly onto the Wii.

Wii. It's revolutionizing the gaming industry. Not only does it play Wii games and Game cube games, you can download old NES, SNES, and N64 games off the internet directly onto the Wii and play them. PS3 is way overrated, and way overpriced.

I think a Wii- I have one and it's sweet! Also its got good games like excite truck and The Legend of Zelda Twilight Princeses ( X-Play game of the year 2006!!!)
