My 2 year contract with T-mobile will be ending in May and I've been looking at phones and I really like the LG Chocolate. I know it came out with Verizon but I was wondering if they've changed that or if there is a way I can get around that and how I would go about that?

This month we took our Quad-band Motorola V3 to New York ( from the UK ) that was on T-Mobile. We were unable to get a signal. On return to the UK, I was advised to have taken my other phone, a Tri-band also on T-Mobile and that would have worked in New York. Can anyone please give me some definitive advice here for the future? Cheers ....

Hey, I recently got a Z500 Ericsson cellphone for $5. Is there anyway I can access the camera, music player, and video player without having a SIM card? Otherwise it just says "Insert SIM". I, although, don't want to use it for a phone. I'd rather use it for entertainment. I would go as far as flashing the phone's memory if need be since the warranty is long worn out. I would buy a "pay as you go" card with very little credit, but they expire. I don't want to pay for an all new service though. Once again, I don't care about the calling ability. Is there a dummy card that would at least let me get past that annoying message while disabling the phone's ability to make calls?

my phone have these different network -like cosmophone etc.- but i cant send mms or even picture msgs.my phone is not a nokia nor samsung which would have been easier.its brand name is BIRD.everytime i try, either wap or mms, i end up with either failure or no gprs...
