Without knowing what model of phone you have, all I can suggest is to email the photos to yourself. It's $.25 for each picture. Just send a regular pix message, but rather then entering a phone number, enter your own email address. If you are lucky enough to have a phone with a miniSD card slot, you can purchase a $25 512 meg card at Wal-Mart and card reader for $15. Simply transfer the photos to your PC via the miniSD card. That method takes less than a minute.

You will probably need to send the videos/pics to your email. Otherwise, might have a special cord that came with the phone, depending on what type it is, that will allow you to transfer all files to your computer, like with a digital camera. It kinda depends on the type of phone you have and where you save the videos/pics to (in phone, or on web file). If all elsefails, you just might have to call your Verizon rep directly. Good luck!

properly i'm getting my pictures from my telephone by technique of putting a USB cable. some phones use bluetooth, yet i don't understand how your telephone is like. in case you'll use the USB, than you may set up the CD (which could prefer to have got here with the phone) on your computing gadget first in case you have not executed so. i wish this have helped you by technique of besides achieveable.
