we do not start @ 7 pm and do not offer or have we ever offered to allow consumers to purchase a lower time... nights start @ 9:01 pm and end at 5:59 am .... if you are on a call @ 8:59 two minutes would come out after 9:01pm it would be free .

They start at 9:01pm
If you start the call at 9:00pm it will count as anytime minutes for the duration of the call.
