just wondering, people who have this phone, is it a good buy? how many ringtones did you find were ALREADY on the phone (the ones the manufacturer of the phone install on) when you bought it?

I need a new cell phone plan. I REFUSE to pay those stupid initiation fees! (You know, $35 to set up billing or whatever.) Has anyone had luck waving these? I tried with Cingular years ago- walked in and said I was readt to sign a contract but wouldn't pay any extra fees. They said "no". Now, I want T-Mobile and would like to try the same deal. Is there any trick? Any cell phone salespeople out there?

I got the chocolate from verizon w/ a 2 year plan. Did get the insurance with it. Now the touch screen is malfunctioning and I just am unsatisfied with the purchase.

Can I exchange this phone for one of same value, or at least get some credit toward another??

I just moved to L.A. and I currently have T-Mobile, but my new address seems to be difficult to get a signal out. I was wondering if you could recommend a good cell phone provider. My experience so far is that Cingular has bad customer service. Verizon is great, but they do not have the best phones compared to Cingular. Sprint I do not know anything about. What is your opinion?

my friend in frankfurt germany called me and i have a 12 digit number starting with 496. i tried simply redialing it on my cell phone but it says the number or code is incorrect. i know in the states you have to add 1 and then the area code but what do you have to do for germany numbers?
