yes, but then the average individual does not have the equipment to recover the data.

yeah, when you're in the menu part of you voicemail it'll give you an option to press a certain number to retreve deleted messages.. just play around with your phone and you'll figure it out.

check out in ur deleted items, it should be there. if its not there or u dont have that option then it wont be there. it doesnt get stored in the phone memory.
