I got the chocolate from verizon w/ a 2 year plan. Did get the insurance with it. Now the touch screen is malfunctioning and I just am unsatisfied with the purchase.
Can I exchange this phone for one of same value, or at least get some credit toward another??

You insurance will cover what ever the problem is. If you have not had the phone very long they will give you another on just go to one of there branches and they will take care of it i always have had good service with them when it comes to making something right.

If you got insurance on it I believe you should be able to, also you could take it to a Verizon Wireless location and perhaps they could repair the malfunctioning screen for no or minimal cost

You go to the Philippines and go trade-ins with your phone for less! Computer hardwares turn out cheaper here including other newly launched gadgets! Don't you worry on transportation to move around... It's cheap here too...
