Why are the cell phone plans on Amazon.com so cheap? Some of the phones come with a -$175 balance....that is a negative one hundred and seventy five dollars! Is there any way this is legit?

Why doesnt my razr's bluetooth register phones?
my newish razr does seem to register phones when the bluetooth is on. what is the deal? it turns on and will search for it. but then it doesnt tell me there are phones nearby. even if i have another phone with bluetooth right next to it! whats the problem.
i have both of the phones bluetooth on! and it still doesnt work.

i have a samsung SGH-E340 and i want to connect it my PC so i can upload images to it, i have a cable with 9 holes that i can plug it in somewhere back of my PC, and i got samsung's latest PC Studio PIM & File Manager , as i use it, it can't detect my mobile phone, i did everything, reinstalling, testing speeds on port,...
