Why are the cell phone plans on Amazon.com so cheap? Some of the phones come with a -$175 balance....that is a negative one hundred and seventy five dollars! Is there any way this is legit?

There are special terms and conditions with the amazon phones. First you are required to get an unlimited data plan (for PDA's) or some sort of unlimited blackberry plan (for blackberry phones).

Another issue is the fact that you are limited in what kind of changes you can make within the first 181 days of service.

1. You must pay your bill on time every month
2. You must not disconnect your line of service
3. You must not transfer the device to another line of service
4. You must not change your rate plan to a lower monthly service
5. You must not use the service to replace an existing account

If you violate any of these terms you authorize Amazon.com to charge your credit card $250 reimbursement of this equipment discount without need for further approval.

You have to watch it now. Some phones are cheap but then you must be a new user. In other words, read the fine print, which I expect you did not. I have bought phones cheap on Ebay. The only thing I did not like was the auction part and waiting for the time to go by on ending. Someone is always jacking the price up. But the deals were legit, at least with me. I did not know what you meant by negative balance. I know Sprint had a phone you would buy and then get $25 back.

in case you purchase from amazon the telephones are new. purely verify the broking to make valuable. they're extra decrease priced considering amazon is merchandising you the telephones extra right this moment than a save would. save in many situations have extensive earnings margins on issues like cables and different small hardware like handsets. Amazon does no longer try this so this is extra decrease priced.
