It then gave me option but to delete programs I did not "want". It froze and when it came to, the mdeia player was gone, I wasn't able to send text messages ect.

I have unlimited text messaging through my cell phone carrier.

Does anyone know if setting up the AOL alerts is free or is there a charge to recieve the alert?

I really like the sports and weather alerts on there.

Verizon Wireless has been double charging my bank account for my 3 cell phones. I either have to have my bank block all payments to Verizon and lose all of my accounts and phones or close out my bank account and start a new one to stop it. Worse yet Verizone will not refund me the money I have lost saying they have no record of this happening but I have the bank statements and confermation numbers to prove it

I am due an upgrade in several weeks. I currently have the samsung z510 but I don't like it.

I am considering upgrading to either the Nokia n80 or the Sony Ericsson W850i.

Does anyone know which is the better of these two phones? or any reccommendations of any other new phones on the market?

I don't want the sony ericsson k800, and I am slightly unsure of the samsung d900 as I do not like the samsung phone that I am currently using.
