Verizon Wireless has been double charging my bank account for my 3 cell phones. I either have to have my bank block all payments to Verizon and lose all of my accounts and phones or close out my bank account and start a new one to stop it. Worse yet Verizone will not refund me the money I have lost saying they have no record of this happening but I have the bank statements and confermation numbers to prove it

call the helpdesk like you did before and ask to speak to a supervisor. explain the situation and ask can you fax over copies of your statement to prove yourself. you should get your money back that way. I had to do the same thing with sprint.
oh and ask to be taken off auto-pay.

you talk to the person in charge of the store if they cannot help you ask to talk ot their superior. if al else fails take it to court if you have the bank statements there should be no problem at all!
