any suggestion on how i can get ringtones from my pc using bluetooth i have a cricket kyocera kx160

Some cell phones have the ability to use usb or bluetooth transfers disabled(about any verizon razr, how can they market vcast if you can upload your own ringtone for free). There are ways to reenable transfers, but doing so will likely void the warrantee if verizon finds the edit.

I can do this easily with my US Cellular V3C, they didn't block anything

That would work for someone who had a PC and a bluetooth phone. But not everyone has a bluetooth phone.
