ok i am getting a razor and before i get it i needed to know if it is a good phone

The razr is almost universally lambasted as a terrible phone, by those that own them. The pros are that it looks really cool, and is slim. I think the biggest cons are that the phone was designed with too little memory, so once you have a certain number of names in the phone it is intolerably slow. For example, if I want to look up someone's number, I press the button and can count to 5 before something happens on the screen. It is incredibly annoying. I have asked several people at phone shops and they say the same thing (yeah - no memory, slow, annoying, bad phone).
The form factor is nice though, but there are so many phones out there. Do a little more research, esp. from someone who uses the phone. It's too hard to figure out the quirks of a phone in the 1 hour you have to shop. Best to find a phone-o-phile who loves their phone and ask them why.

It's a good phone. But a sidekick is much better. The razr is a hot phone but its a little bit old now. A lot of people still buy it though.

got one yesterday, still trying to figure out how to set up the ringtones, it has a loud generic ring, it fits well in my hand and i like the looks of it

umm if it falls on the ground open it slipts in half i seen it ummm if you drop it on its camera it will break the camera
