cingulars phone arent all that but the plans are great i love the rollover minutes

well i love cingular but what are you looking for perpaid plan if your going plan get cingular they cost a lot but have great crovage area

GSM sucks, I'd pick Verizon. much better network and will have broadcast TV soon, not the stupid buffered type like everyone else has.
Get a smart phone MS 5.0 much more you can do with it,
