Getting cell phone. Should I take Sprint, T-Mobile, Verizon, or other? Please explain reliability and customer satisfaction rates. Thanks.

I previously had Alltel. They sucked. After that, I had Verizon. Their service coverage area was great. But their customer service wasn't too good. They tried to bill me for an early cancellation a month after my contract expired. I have had cingular and so far, so good. I get good coverage, no dropped calls and the price for a family of three is under $100 a month and the phones were free.
I am very happy with them, but I am concerned that they are now going back to AT&T. Ever since SBC bought AT&T, service has really sucked. So we will see what happens. As long as my cell phone service doesn't change, I will be happy.

verizon because I have had their service and I have worked for them. It is going to depend on if they have coverage in your area or not. Go to www.vzw.com to see. They are very reliable and I have never had a problem with losing calls if I had service. Their phones are very durable and quality, I personally think they are better quality than Cingular phones. When I worked for them, I thought customers were very satisfied with phone features and capabilities and they have alot of offers that are reasonable and worth the money.

Verizon was the best I have had, and is what I currently have. I had Cricket already but you to pay a lot for the phone and didn't get many features and you couldn't leave your county you had service in.

I have sprint, and I love it....been with them for about 4 years.
