My hubby bought me an ipaq only 2 weeks ago and I've just dropped it!! The little card came out of the top, and when I put it back in I ended up alligning the screen and doing a short tutorial before I could see if it was working... My Tom Tom programme has disappeared, and now the screen isn't lighting up!! Help, my husband is going to go mad!!!

I bought an mp4 player this morning, and it keeps switching off on its own. It does that when i try to change the song or even in the middle of songs sometimes. The battery symbol indicates that the battery is full.
Have I landed up with a faulty machine or am I doing something wrong?
