I have an older Sony Projectiction widescreen from 2002, and when I'm watching a DVD through the HDMI/DVI converter I see picture grain, what is the best way to adjust my picture settings?

I try to put the sharpness down as said in one internet site, it did infact remove the grain but a new problem occuried the picture was fuzzy.

this TV is only able to display 720p and the picture needs work.

any ideas?

Also, heres the TV's model number it's the Sony KP-65WS500.

I'd like to take standard-size pics that you can bring to rite-aid for printing (and maybe blown up to say, an 8 x 11 sheet) and the occasional movies.

I'd like to purchase and ipod. What's the difference between the shuffle and nano? Or, should i get the video ipod? I'm going to mostly use it at the gym and when I go jogging.

Is this Combination excellent? Are they miss-match proof?!
Do you know a better combination not more than $800?
I don't care about features. Sound quality is all that matter for me.
