Trying to position a table with background image with absolute (so no spacing above the table on the page) but centered in the page at the same time. I can center using "align="center" and position using style="position: absolute" but I can't get the both of them at the same time... anyone have any suggestions?

I want to extract a link from a string for example:

If someone writes,

Hi, checkout my website http://www.ask.com which is fantastic.

Now this above is a string, which i am storing in MySQL database but i want to convert http://www.ask.com into a link so that when i click on it, it should link to this website.

I am using PHP and MySQL.
On my website, for example, when I get a feedback, sometimes people write their website links, so when I view them, i have to copy and paste the link into the browser as I am not able to click on this string, instead when i view the feedbacks, i should be able to click on the links.

So how do i convert this part of the string into a link?

Have contacts consisting of service providers and prospective clients. Need to assign prospective clients to a particular service provider. Then, need to be able see views/reports sorted by providers, provder's city/state, etc. Then, need to be able to easily send out invoices or Status Reports to the Service Providers. For example:
Have 100 consultants (service providers). Periodically, I get people who need consulting. I match them up with consultants. I charge consultants a small fee for the referral. So, I need to easily track the relationships and be able to send correspondence to the consultants - either an invoice or a "referral activity" report showing them who they've been assigned. Correspondence will need to be via email, fax or mail.

I need to build an online application that can manipulate an SQL db and spit out some reports. I'm new to VS2005, should I do the whole thing using ASP? Can I write it as a windows app then somehow place it online? Should I use another option? Just looking for some advice. I know VB6, the rest is still new to me.

I have a few .x files that I can use for my games, but it is a lot more complex to guess the animation frames, and all that, so I was looking for a 3ds Max importer for .x files, so I can at least see the frames, etc. My 3ds is pretty old, v. 5. Oh, and if possible, it's better for that utility - plug-in to be free)) Thanks))Oh, and while at it, anyone knows where I can download any Soldier (Basically Humanoid characters that can be good guys/bad guys) models (Free, if possible) Thanks again)
