display a pop-screen when a push a keybroad key or two?

So, if I pushed "Shift"+ "C" or "Ctrl" + "U" it would pop-up with a msg.

you would have to add an "onkeydown" value to the body tag, and check for your key combination.

Right click that pop up Message and choose temporarily allow
