.x Importing?

Question

I have a few .x files that I can use for my games, but it is a lot more complex to guess the animation frames, and all that, so I was looking for a 3ds Max importer for .x files, so I can at least see the frames, etc. My 3ds is pretty old, v. 5. Oh, and if possible, it's better for that utility - plug-in to be free)) Thanks))Oh, and while at it, anyone knows where I can download any Soldier (Basically Humanoid characters that can be good guys/bad guys) models (Free, if possible) Thanks again)
