I know, it is stupid. This is also a problem in just being able to find a particular answer number or range of numbers.

The answers in "Discover" or "Resolved Questions" are listed in the order they are posted with the newest ones being listed first. So you do always see the 'latest' resolved questions.
Now, the problem with seeing the 'last' answers (as in, last in the list) is that the current display on the Answers site is limited to showing 1500 total pages. This the "tp=1500" part of the link below,
http://answers.yahoo.com/dir/index?link=over&more=y&cp=5&tp=1500
So, resolved questions do quickly drop off this view; however, you can see older questions by doing an advanced search for resolved questions asked in the last 7 days, last 7-30 days, 30-60 days, 60-90 days, or more than 90 days.
