Do I need windowblinds 4or 5 to apply new skins to my windows?

I am on a mission! I need to know how 2 change the look and feel of windows, and Im wondering if I need that program to do it?

yes and no. you can try stylexp to do visual theme changes but i suggest windowsblinds if you want a full change to the windows look. i use it. try www.customize.org for more themes.
