How can I download a "Frontpage Extension Server" on my computer?

I have designed a web site with frontpage. I want to publish it in a local host. Different options used in my website req frontpage server extension to display properly.

You can either use the office XP cd. If you browse through the CD you will see the option to install the front page extension. If you are running server operating system, configuring the server should have that option in it.
