My system is running on Windows XP, and the itunes website keeps directing me to a page where I should be able to download the update, but there is no button available to start the download. I had pre-purchased music which is ready for download, and now I can not download it.

I was told tonight that Skype is carrying a virus. Is this true? I use Skype. Can anyone advise me how to handle this? I speak on it nearly every other day. Should I not open it now or by virtue of the fact that I have it on my computer at all do I now have the virus ( if there is a virus? )

okay... I got an iPod nano last Christmas and about 2 months ago I tried to download a song from iTunes to it and it wouldnt work. hasent since. My computer nor any of my friends computers will recognize it when I hook it up with a USB cord. Any suggestion? and yes I have downloaded the new version of iTunes a zillion times.

Have always used Logitech. The lifespan has been very short. Then even with new batteries the mouse just seems to lose its relationship to the computer. I unplug everything, put in new batteris, reconnect, etc but then after a little bit (a few weeks) the same things happens again. It happens on both my computers one of which has been recently reformatted and has virtually nothing on it but internet.

Right now I am still using the cordless keyboard but the mouse is a corded trackball.

I have two computers. One is a laptop that I use for online activity.
The other is a desktop that I keep offline at all times. When I use my laptop online, Windows updates automatically. But how do I update my offline computer. Is there a way to transfer the files form my laptop to my desktop. Or can I download an update file from a website?

Once you respond to a question by typing your answer and then you click on "Preview" and then on "Submit" is there a quick way to return to the page of questions you were on?

The only way I've found to navigate back to that page of questions is to click the back button repeatedly and go back through the pages one by one.

Anybody got any help?
