The latest game to come out with an 'ant theme' is the Ant Bully released to coincide with the new animated film.
Perhaps you could try that?

In the computer software side you might want to try the game spin-off from the soon to be released movie titled "ant bully" the other answer's are more fun, and use less electricity. I prefer the magnifier glass one myself.

Eww! Why pick on poor ants?! Are they invading your house or something & you want revenge??! Did they over-run the picnic with your boyfriend & get into the potato salad?! Were you sunbathing on the grass in the backyard- & you awoke to find a bunch of them tap-dancing on your windpipe???! Cut them a break. They can't help being ants. :)

Get a magnifying glass and go outside and find ants. Focus the light onto them and watch em fry.

I play this game every weekend in my back yard. It's called annihilate the red ants near the dog dish.

have u tried banjo kazooie? theres only one part where u destroy ants but thats the only one i can think of except maybe the game "ants" (disney)
