Go to the page you want for your home page, click tools at the top of your screen, a menu drops down, click Internet Options, on the General tab where it says Home page click Use current, click Apply and OK. This will now be your new home page.

You go to the START in lower left corner- click on settings, control panel- internet options- type in the URL you want set as your default homepage and press apply!

first u enter the start menu on ur screen go in to control panel and click network and internet connections .and click on internet options and click the general t ab and it should be the first thing u see while readin page .there u can change ur home page

That depends on what you use for a browser which you didnt provide but if you use IE just right click on the icon and properties. Change the addy and hit apply.

If you're using Internet explorer:
Tools>Internet Options>Homepage address
and change the address to whatever you want
