my task manager does not appear even if i do the three ways to access the task manager when im running in the normal mode.but i have noticed that it appears ok when running in the safe mode. wat am i to do?

How do I uninstall a program that doesn't have any icons or any place i can find the program on my computer, but it's still on the computer because poups and stuff keep coming up?

now that it is summer my cpu is running between 112 and 117 farenhight durring normal use. In the winter it was around 100 durring normal use and 120 after watching movies for over 2 hours.
Should I invest in more fans? I have a large gaming case with four case fans. I have room for three more. Celeron D 2.8 ghz prossesor with a thermaltake P4 spark III+ heat sink and fan. It has been running slower than normal and was just currious if the temp could be a culprate.Do I want it as cool as possible?

I only have one hard drive on my PC. I would like to permantly replace the pictures so I can select the new ones that I put in from the dialog box which appears in the window after you right click on the desk top and select properties and then got to screensavers tab.
