Yes, you will have the same stuff but if it askes you to save it, you would HAVE TO save it so the work and progess isnt gone. Or else then yes, everything is altomatictly saved and nothing should be gone. If you cant find something that you thought you had in a place but wasnt there, then check in every place you can possibly check in. If you cant find it ANYWHERE, call a local computer store, Geek Squad, or your computers instaltion inc. ( like comcast, sbc, aol, msn, etc. if theres more )

Hope i helped!

Yes. Hard drives retain the information you install on your PC unless one of three things happens: you uninstall the software, the hard drive dies, or you format the drive. Even then, the information is not truly lost, it is just not accessible to the average user. However, a lot of people can recover information on a formatted drive. That is why the HDD in an ATM machine (for example) is reformatted several times or even destroyed.

Yes. Anything you have saved on your computer, files or applications or software like games etc is on your hard drive, and that isn't affected unless someone switches on your computer while you are away for 2 weeks and does something to what is saved on it.

So long as you have saved the data on the hard drive, it will still be there in a few weeks.
