I know there is software that will take a "snapshot" of your screen every so often, so-yes

Find out how to take a screen shot. It'll just take a picture of whatever's on your screen and save it as a file. Just drag that into your movie then. I'm not sure if your computer can take a sceenshot or if you need to download a small program. (downloads use download.com)

you can buy a software that lets u do that kind of things. i forgot what it is called though. u can also let other people control your computer. what r u doing on ur screen anyways?

i wonder if fraps will work, but i think net meeting will allow to record something

windows XP the mexican edition lests you do that, my friends told me that the keyboard has a special key for that
