In the display properties window (Right click on an empty part of your desktop and click on "Properties"). Click on the desktop tab. Select one of the images in the list box or click on the "Browse..." button and find the image you want. Then set the "Position" dropdown box to "Stretch." This will make your image fill the entire desktop.
Good luck!

first you have to decide what monitor resolution you have
1024x768
800x600
or whatever
open an image editing program like photoshop or http://www.irfanview.com/ and resize the photo to that size and click on file > save.
then click on file > open in your browser then browse to locate the image on your computer. double click it and load it into your browser. right click the image and click on SET AS DESKTOP ITEM to make it your desktop background.
there might be an easier way but i'm on a public computer and the MY Computer folder is blocked on these comps. So I can't tell you how to do that from the MY Pictures folder.

Assuming you have Windows, first set the picture to the desktop. Then right-click on the desktop. When the window comes up, click on the "Desktop" tab. Then under "Position", select the "Stretch" option. Then click "OK".

Im a prep, yet we've a lot in person-friendly. ^_^ i like the Jonas Brothers, hassle-free Plan, Fall Out Boy, Paramore, and the undeniable White T's. i like pink? i like area BANGS. haha i'm in love with Pete. <333 I save at H&M, yet in addition like, AE, Aero, and warm subject rely. I wont go away the living house without my eyeliner. i glance so... diverse. Eyeliner rocks. Im form of... all around. aha. :)
