like when you are searching an item, and you type the first letter, it shows old searches, how do you delete them? i have deleted history, but it wont delete those. how do you do it>

Now days we cannot open streaming video from google video as earlier using google video player. We are forced to download video in .mp4 format, which is not reliable download. If download is stooped due to any reason, we have to again restart download from beginning. Please help.

While using the search feature in gmail, is there any method to search based on certain specifications

Eg : received before .... date
or
received from .... before ..... date
or
Sent to .... after ... date etc.

for deleting all such as temp internet files and search history, but when i go back to use google at the top, in the menu bar, it has "suggestions" in a dropdown, so for ie, if i want to use the google dropdown to find shadows , i could type in shad and shadows will appear along with shad man and shaddist etc, how do i rid of the "suggestions" i do not want those to appear. ofcourse, shadows, shad man and shaddist would have all been websites i've been on at one time since i used the computer. ive tried the tools/ options route and it doesn't rid of the "suggestions dropdown choices"

I just watched a report about the new google sky program available to anyone.
looks really cool. It is like google earth only it goes out into the planets, stars, galaxies etc. Also it will show the constellations. What is the favorite spot out there you have viewed so far?

I realize that Google's ranking system isn't static, so there will be a bit of variability even in successive queries on search terms as to where a site ranks in Google's listings. I've noticed one search term for my site bouncing back and forth between #7 and #10 when I do a Google search, and the only thing I can think of that would cause this much variability on the first page of results for a certain search term would be when the pages that come up in the search inquiry were last updated--the most recently updated pages, I am assuming, being ranked higher. Is this a likely factor in Google's ranking system, or are there other possible explanations? It seems like the same 10 sites keep trading places with one another on the top 10 results for certain queries, and the only thing I can think of that would keep the same sites in the top 10 but just vary their rankings would be when sites where last updated. Is this a possibility? What other factors could there be?

Hi, I saw on the news they have Google Universe. I know its still Google Earth but just an expansion. I went on the website and they said I need Google Earth 4.2. Does anyone know where I can download it? I tried the Google Website and they just had a demo. Thanks!
