I like Yahoo! They seem to want to make work a fun place to work. I've seen bio's on them on tv and they are committed to making the work environment 'not just a job' place to work.

Google. It's financially more stable and from what I heard it's more fun and exciting working at Google. There's a better working environment and they care for their employees more. Google, apparently, have some brainstorming sessions involving the whole team to come up with ideas on how to make the site better. Remember those April Fool's jokes? Yep, I think that came from those brainstorming sessions. But it's only casual hearsay from friends so I can't tell for sure.

Google because they seem to come up with more state of the art programs and ideas. This would mean that they probably will be around much longer.
