Don't think ANYONE does FREE .COM domains. But many offer free hosting when you sign up to register a domain with them, or the other way round.
Getting listed on google, now that's not so easy . . . GOOGLE for how to get listed.

http://pages.google.com
This is the Google page creator (GPC). You'll get a subdomain of the googlpages website like whateverthehellyouwant.googlepages.com (hope that doesn't exist). You'll have limited control over the html, no FTP, and 100 MB or 100 pages (whichever comes first). It's free. For $10/year, Google will give you a domain name. Thats 83 cents/month. You can find that amount of money on the ground, so its almost free.

How to List a Domain Name
There are two principal steps to make your website on the internet and registering/booking a domain name is the number one.
A domain name builds the address of your site and can end in . com, . net, . org, . info, . us, . biz, . tv and further.
Directly afer you have registered your name, you will pick a web host (2nd step). The web host is the guts of any website as this is where you build and publish your pages, build purchase fillings, insert service and preserve your site.

You can't. You have to buy a .com if you want yoursite.com
If you want a SUB-domain, then you can get one at those free hosting places and do the same thing for free.
