are you using a ip hider? If so sometimes google won't load because it thinks you are a spammer or doing something you shouldn't. If you aren't just keep trying

its your computer for sure. if google goes down in today's age, half the world will come to a stop ! and since things are still working, google ain't down so the fault is with your machine.
check your internet connection by verifying that you can see other sites. if you can and google does not load, check your internet firewall options, and confirm that you have not put google.com in your list of excluded sites by mistake.
and check again, you seem to have done something wrong or are doing something wrong.

It's not working for me either, and there are a few other people on the internet who are experiencing this same problem. It is not your computer, PERIOD.
Sorry, I can't help you. I never thought I'd see the day when Google has gone down. But here it is.
