The trends page on Google is the only thing I know of, but it really isn't what you are looking for. The trends page shows spikes for the day, so if there is a scandal on the news about Cindy Crawford, she would probably be in the top 10 for that day, but probably not for the year, and definitely not for all time. I think every year Google reveals the top 10 most googled words of the year, and I think Time magazine always prints the list. That might be as good as you are going to get. My bet would be words like "porn" will never show up on these lists, either, even if they should be.

If you mean, by everyone, then go look at their hot trends. But, isn't that misleading? Few folks are, everyone! I don't search porn. I search tech articles three quarters of the days. I know twenty folks who do. I'm a webmaster.
I have one group of clients (500+) who search for health remedies all day. Not porn.
I have another group of clients (200+) who search for gardening / landscaping / earth-friendly stuff all day. Not porn.
I have yet another group of clients (1000+) who are scholars. They search for literature papers, physics papers, obscure research, and the like all day. Not porn.
Are groups like this represented in "the top 10 most searched"? Not likely.

This might be a better place to look. The hot trends page is only for the USA and odd as it may seem, people also live elsewhere. Lots of them!

I don't know if you can find that info on the site, but I'll guarantee you that 80% of what's searched is porn.

Just google search it. It may vary from day to day, hour to hour, minute to minute.
