when I open Internet Explorer, on address toolbar window it says : "about blank" bland windows and blank screen. no adresses and no favorites or just visted websites.

It is called thewishingwell.org. It is where you click on a wishing well and you can donate money. All the money gets donated to various charities. Is anybody willing to buy the domain via http://www.godaddy.com , host the domain, and make the website aceptable for credit cards so they can donate the money? I would really love to do it myself, but I am am only an early teen and my dad works to much and my mom doesn't understand the interet. Please, can someone do it out of the kindness of their heart? I live in a house with no phone line, sattelite tv, a good laptop (I use for school), and an old computer (windowsME).

I want a fast connection. What is the best service you guys. DSL with a wifi router or broadband card for my laptop?

Any other suggestion? what you YOU have and you MUCH do you pay?

My internet (which is wireless DSL) is extremely unreliable. Sometimes I'll click on a link, and it will just not ever open. Firefox will display the loading bar, but it will remain empty. I regularly have to click on a link a few times before it actually starts to load, if it ever does. Sometimes it works flawlessly, especially if I'm using Google tool bar to search. Also, when a page is loading, it will just stop, and leave the page partially loaded.

I use windows xp, with firefox and wireless DSL.

I use windows media player. The clip is a .WMV and it's about 50 minutes long. But get this, 46 seconds into it, it freezes and the dialog window says: "Windows Media Player cannot play the file. The Player might not support the file type or might not support the codec that was used to compress the file." Why would it say that if it's alredy playing as a windows media video file already? Could the clip be composed of different formats like .avi, .mpg, .mpeg or .asf? How can I fix this?

My idea is that the majority of the video will feature written words moved in similar to a powerpoint presentation. There will be an audio accompaniment and brief webcam images for impact. My problem is that I've seen videos that do this, but I can't figure out how to do it myself, as powerpoint doesn't work with Movie Maker and of course isn't for youtube. I've scoured the Internet too. So how can I include words that fade in (which makes is seem like a powerpoint) in a youtube video? If that makes sense.
