Have a friend buy it for you. And write an email to ebay explaining the situation.

E-Bay has live help. Go onto the site and click on the link. You will be able to speak online with a rep. who will be able to help you out. Make sure to tell them that you have won items and need to pay for them but being blocked you dont know how to do so and you dont want to hurt the seller. Good luck.

Yer I'v been suspended approximately 10 cases, attempt a differnt username, handle, call (is very) or use your 2nd call. Use a diverse card for money. they might get you yet purely attempt regulate the main factors and you will possibly get below the radar.

log on to your paypal account and see if you can pay from there.. if not then you're out of luck.

if you're banned, you're banned for a reason.. how can they tell that you've changed?? it wouldn't be fair to let you on again after you've been banned.. that would defeat the whole purpose of you being banned in the first place...

Hi. And people pay for things they bid on MOST times. Once burned, twice shy.

if you are banned from ebay that means you cannot use it again because you did something against the rules.

I think you might want to pay your initial accounts fee's - then they'll reinstate you.
