Depends on what type of computer you have MAC or IBM? Then you have to see if you are selecting the right requirements for your computer!!!

After you download "GoogleEarth" the free version I guess you are talking about, then you have to hit the SAVE button to save it, then you should be able to access it.

it depend on computer u have u msut have better pc to make it run

you need fast internet and fairly fast computer..
if you don't it will work poorly at best
