I get 10 of theses in an hour somedays.
In the message header it reads:
from 204.16.33.74 (EHLO vmta11.myspace.com)
or
from ELS2MMAILER0003 (127.0.0.1) by vmta11.myspace.com
or
"New MySpace Comment" <04.5.....@message.myspace.com>
or
Return-Path: <.....@message.myspace.com>
this looks like legitamate Myspace.
When I click the link in the spam. It takes me to www.myspace.com.

If it is spam , what's the best way to deal with it/report it. I don't even have a myspaceaccount.

it's spam delete it and report it

Okay you said you donot have a myspace account then when you recieve these in your email -check them and hit the word spam and send them to spam
