when I open Internet Explorer, on address toolbar window it says : "about blank" bland windows and blank screen. no adresses and no favorites or just visted websites.

Go to "Tools", then "Internet Options", then look under the first tab, where it says Home Page. It's probably set to "About:Blank", so type in the address of the home page you want, and then click "Apply". Should be fixed.

IE has lost your Home Page URL. It displays About:Blank when it doesn't have anything else to display.
Click on the Help TAB in IE to learn how to set a new home page.

it's not a virus,,just a blank page that's all

It means you have the start page set to 'About:Blank'.
