when camping recently my teenage son and friends went on my daughters computer, we know this because they some how managed to take photos of themselves on the webcam.. how can i find out what sites they visited if my history is only set for a few days, is this information now completely lost?

Can you give me some troubleshooting tips, please.
Following the same steps, sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't.
My notebook automatically detects the area's wireless connections. I've set it to automatically connect at home
and at the cafe up the street.
Sometimes it just doesn't connect at the cafe AT ALL.
I can see it and detect it, but going through all the
steps doesn't do anything.
What do you suggest?

This one has me stumped. I am a grad student, at NCSU and have to pay my tuition online. I went to the website from my home computer, to pay my tuition for the summer and the darn website never came up, however, when I went to another computer on campus and at the public library, I didnt have any problem, it just worked like normal.
I thought that it was either my firewall, or my parental control, so when I got home , I disabled both of them and tried again, still nothing. I'm sure that a virus did not cause this, because the NCSU website is the only one that I have a problem with.
Any suggestions?

I don't know what happened but I tried to visit my Hoverspot (like myspace) but it won't show anything. It says it's done loading but there's nothing on the page. I use Firefox but when I used Internet Explorer it works. This is what happens when I try to search
It says..

What does this mean??? and how can I fix this??
Also all the other websites work just not Hoverspot

I have a BT line and use tiscali broadband with ASDL speedtouch modem. When I receive an incoming or make an outgoing call on my telephone my internet becomes disconnected and I usually have to restart the computer to get it to work again.

Can you give me any advice please?

I have a dual boot with 2 seperate harddrives and the primary HDD I use is corrupted. I can log into XP with my alternate HDD and XP installation(created for just this reason) but I need to access my IE7 bookmarks. I have already come to the conclusion that I will need to reformat my other hard drive but before I do I would like to recover as much info off of it as I can. What file is the bookmarks stored on and once I find it how can I restore them to my browser. Thanx for your help

I have some type of spyware, it attached to the bottom right hand corner of my main screen, how do I get rid of it? I already run nortan & spyware, but that dosen't seem to do anything.

I'm thinking about going with Virgin for my broadband (and maybe telephone, Sky for TV as I need Sky 1) and need to know a few things, but they don't seem to have an enquiry email address (!) so...

Is it an ok service? I'm getting an unlimited 8mb version if that makes a difference.

Oh, and I want to use the modem they send me to play my Xbox 360 online, so it would need an ethernet socket. Will it have one or would I have to buy a router?
