Is it legal for a company to ban you IP address from even viewing there website?

I was banned from www.howardforums.com for having mutiple accounts that originated from one IP address. When in reality the accounts were used by different people from the same computer (work). I was told by the mod that they believe all accounts were one person since they all shared the same attitude. That attitude was deffending a company we all work for and own part of. The funny part is now I can't even view anything on the website. I just get a message that my IP address is blocked.

Is this legal and how can I determine what state the website is in?

I have a major ISP, and the speed is around 135kb/s.
But on my desktop w/ a wireless USB dongle, the speed is, at the most, 8kb/s. And in TaskManager, under networking, it says that I'm using less than 1% of my network capability. What is up?

btw its a DLINK DI-524, 56mb/s wireless G router.

I have tried to verify my email address a number of times on myspace and everytime i do, i never receive the notification from myspace.

I have also sent myspace an email telling them of this problem but had no response!! I am unable to add people to my site or send emails from my page how can i fix this?

i have reacently started studing in & i really need a computer so i did a price research through "yahoo shopping" and i got to a result that computronika is the chipest there is ( 1600 $ for macbook pro) so i made the dill with them after i checked all the technical details ( i live in israel so i checked that i have apple labs and where to turn to, and that the computer can be shipped to israel...)

i really trusted yahoo's moniteen as a onest website, and computronika's web site seemed big, good and reaccuring .

after the money was dilevered ( via moneygram) i got a mail that the nootbook will be dillevered in 5 days, when those days passed i tried to send computronika sevrel emails, i haven't got any answer from them nor the coputer, and u can guess that i haven't got the money as well...
so first of all i telling u all DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM COMPUTRONIKA! SCAM!
and don't trust yahoo's survays at all!
what can i do against comutronika? to make them give me my money ?

I did some google searching yesterday and today looking around for FREE sites to upload data from my pc (folders and files of music, family photos, etc). There are so many to choose from so I want to know from someone who already uses this which is the best from their experience so far. These files are not for sharing, I just want to upload them somewhere for safekeeping and downloading for later use when needed again...I have so many files and folders as three other people besides myself all use the one computer and I think it would take up to much time and too many cd's to save them all on data cd's so I'm preferrable looking for a free site that will allow me to upload WHOLE FOLDERS to make this go faster.

Can't survive without/slow internet connection. Too used to the connection speed in the US. Are there any connections like T1/2 that a resident can subscribed to? If not, who provides the fastest connection speed in Singapore?
