You can use a website like keepvid http://www.keepvid.com/ and enter the url or link for that video and then it will let you download it as a flv (flash) file.
You can then use a flash player or VLC http://www.videolan.org/vlc/ to play these files on your computer.

B) Choose format you want
C) Click on Start
D) Your download of the file will begin soon

You have to watch the legalities of downloading them. There is a reason YouTube gets away with showing them right now and it's mostly due to the difficulty involved in downloading them.

i dont think that is possible. try torrentspy.com to find free downloadable videos. you need a special software to dowload from this site. get it from utorrent.com

I'm wondering too, but I guess you can't. If you really do want that video, why don't you write a message to the owner of that clip and ask them to send it to you. That might work !!
