I bid on something and now I dont want it(dvd). BUT I never payed for it or anything yet. I emailed the seller and he said SORRY but if I dont pay it he will tell Ebay and it will be a strike against me? What does that meen? Will I still have to pay for it?

Looking on the web, it seems that there are almost an endless supply of sites to buy a domain from. For the sole purpose of buying and registering a domain, who's the best for the money? Go Daddy has .net domains from 8.99 a year, EDataRack has .nets for 14.96. What's the dif? What other good places are there? Is this a case of "you get what you pay for"?

I can't really find any definitive answers, so I'm looking for your thoughts!

when i switch on my computer, the internet is fast, as usual, but as i get to watch more stuff like movies online or videos, finally at the end of the day, it slows down. what is the reason. its not a problem, but i want to know the science behind it.
