Can you be a little more specific? If you're talking about avenging spam, like the ubiquitous Viagra spams, what I do is determine the originating website, then I use the UNIX program WGET and put it into a loop to continually fetch all the pages from said site. Not only will it slow down the irritant's online resources, but if their bandwidth is metered, eventually I will consume all of their bandwidth or will cause them to have to pay for bandwidth overages.
