Pop up questions? where did I go wrong?

Why is the pop ups to see a players profile turned OFF. I have not used bad langugue. Please HELP. If you can turn it back on please do so. Thank You

In IE 7 go to Tools-->Internet Options-->Security and click 'Custom Level'. Scroll down close to the bottom and check 'Disable' for the pop-up blocker.
In FireFox got to Tools-->Options-->Content and look for Pop-up blocker. Look directly to the right and click 'Exceptions' and put in the address for the site in question.
Check your fire wall. Most now have pop-up blockers as well. In ZoneAlarm it under Privacy-->Ad Blocking and hit the 'Custom' tab.
